That's very possible.

I will ask around to some of the locals and find out....

I think the photos are more than just great. They are beautiful. Do you use a polarizer sometimes? I ask because you have magnificent big blue skys in some of the photos.

Believe it or not... all of the pics have been taken with my cell phone.... Samsung Galaxy Sll Skyrocket... :)

I have my REAL camera with me... just haven't used it.

I do have a polarizer for it.

My goodness. I have a Samsung Galaxy S II (AT&T version, model I777, not the Skyrocket but with the 8 MPX camera). I'll have to take it more seriously.

Keeping the sky color blue while rendering land scenes with good exposure requires processing in the camera that equalizes exposure when the scene includes bright (sky) and normal (trees, ground, buildings, etc.). This is a technology that is just emerging in the point-and-shoot and DSLR world in the last couple of years. I'll make some more photos with my cell phone and see if it has this technology too.

To paraphrase Hank Williams Jr....

"Are you ready for some pictures???? :):):)

Hope you like pictures of mountains, with a few small waterfalls thrown in...

And a recommendation of where NOT to eat breakfast...

This was right after we left the motel and headed for Glacier natl Park...

We were about 15 miles closer than that a little bit later...

This is where we ended up for breakfast...

The little town of St. Mary...at the Park Cafe...

IT SUCKS....and it is dang expensive...

25 bucks for 2 orders of ham and eggs and coffee...

First we waited for a darn HOUR for our food...

Then eggs were overcooked... the ham was dry and tasteless and so were the taters...

I ate about half of mine... Darling Wife couldn't eat it.. and when she can't eat it when she is hungry... you KNOW it is REALLY BAD...

Anyway... if any of y'all ever get up that way... stop in and tell the bastards that I told you NOT to eat there...

There's an idea -- "Waterfall Car Wash" -- fresh as a mountain spring! These all look great Jim. Sorry to hear the breakfast was off, but that's part of the adventure right? Now you know not to go back there.
