I don't know yenko, if you keep using "Cadillac" and "cheap" in the same sentence, you may continue have a tough time. ;)

To me, it almost qualifies as an oxymoron...

Anyway, you can try my buddies out here in Northen Ca. at Cadillac Recycling, and see if they can help with one aspect of your concept..

Bob D you make me laugh.... too funny.

Yenko I checked out this site for you and they had plenty of errr "cheap" tailights listed. http://car-part.com/ I used it to locate one for my 94sts awhile back. I've never run into any problems buying from any online sites..... that's why you pay with a credit card instead of check or money order. Good hunting.

Yeah, it's a good thing he said "cheap"

Otherwise we were going to give you the Cadillac part sites with expensive, Cadillac-quality parts.

Errr...

Sorry, Yenko. "Variety" isn't a word around here, let alone "cheap." You can what you can take when it comes to Caddy parts, unless you want to go custom. But again, "cheap" isn't in our dictionary.

  • 4 weeks later...

At risk of being accused of being a ricer wannabe is anyone aware of a rear light set for a 2000 STS with a bit of pizaz? IMHO the rear end could use a bit of dressing up. I've looked around the web and made some inquiries at local aftermarket custom shops with no luck.

00STS,

Well the holidays are just around the corner. You could Jerry rig a set of nice red and green Christmas lights across the back i suppose.

How about a rear spoiler/fin? Not a bad way to dress up the backside. Just don't get one of those aftermarket ones I see now and then that look like the stolen tail section off the Wright Brother's Kitty Hawk. The ones made for caddys look sharp though.

Logan is THE man for L.E.D. third brakelights. I can't tell you how often I see someone on the street with a 90's Seville with messed-up L.E.D.'s and give them Logan's website address. He can answer your taillight questions as-well.

cheers,

~Doc

Thanks Cardio....

There is a newer site for the brakelights....

http://www.ledfix.com

Much easier to remember then "www.loganstoleyoursister.com." I cant imagine anyone really hearing the correct web address in public.

Oh well....live and learn. The ledfix. site should fix that.
