WarrenJ
"The G-Wiz doesn't have to meet the normal EC crash rules because it is light enough and slow enough to qualify as a quadricycle rather than a car." It would likely do very well on a golf course. Absent an endorsement by Tiger Woods, I'll not buy stock in the company. WarrenJ
Folk have asked me to go for one of those 29-30mpg lunchbox things they call cars. My Luxo-Boat does 27mpg. Why in the world would I sacrifice 1-2mpg for . . . . . . well, just exactly what? Imagine its me against a Yugo in a crash situation; which car do you want to be riding in? Texas Jim
I agree with Warren. I am not going to give up my two and a half ton Cadillac to save five bucks a week, on gas, in some little tin can/ cracker box. But.... "IF" I "DID" do that... it would HAVE TO BE equipped with OnStar, because at the end of one of my ALLDAY marathon roadtrip drives... I would probably need help getting OUT of it. I have heard you should never say "NEVER".... but, at least for the foreseeable future, IT AIN'T NEVER GONNA HAPPEN.
Ranger
I chuckle every time I see one. Wouldn't be caught dead in one.
Cadillac Jim
If they could get a Northstar or even a direct-injection 3.6 in a Mini and keep the go-cart handling, I would consider one. -- Click Here for CaddyInfo page on "How To" Read Your OBD Codes-- Click Here for my personal page to download my OBD code list as an Excel file, plus other Cadillac data -- See my CaddyInfo car blogs: 2011 CTS-V, 1997 ETC Yes, I was Jims_97_ETC before I changed cars.
