Marika
Went to my local diner this morning, turned the corner to enter the ramp and this jolly fellow was staring at me. Spooked me but good... If you really want to make people safe drivers again then simply remove all the safety features from cars. No more seat belts, ABS brakes, traction control, air bags or stability control. No more anything. You'll see how quickly people will slow down and once again learn to drive like "normal" humans. WarrenJ
I've always been fascinated by multiple personality scenarios. Thank the gods Scotty/BbF isn't one of those! There is no means of avoiding the final collapse of a boom brought about by credit expansion. The alternative is only whether the crisis should come sooner as the result of a voluntary abandonment of further credit expansion, or later as a final and total catastrophe of the currency system involved. - Ludwig von Mises

ted tcb
Trust me, Warren, if I ever find myself in the great state of New York, I'll call you up and take advantage of your misplaced "worship" in the form of a test drive I know how we can get BBF into a black caddy (no, I don't mean a hearse!). What about trading your eldo even for a Boca Raton Deville. All repairs up to date, 4 doors, and a beautifully smooth ride? Ranger
Ted, You may recall I once offered Warren my daughters 1st SLS when it was for sale (very low mileage). Even offered to remove 2 of the doors for him. He wasn't buying. He is a tough nut to crack.

WarrenJ
Sometime back, someone remarked here that if you wanted a heavy V8 coupe, you had two choices: a Mercedes or an Eldorado.
