Ed Hall
Here's a beautiful 1998 Cadillac Deville with 79k miles on the odometer being led to the slaughter. What a total waste!!!

stsjoe
To be honest, I'm suprised the tree huggers haven't taken in something like a 69 Chevelle SS just to make a point. Very sad

No, no! Say it isn't so! That's just not right! Oh, I watched the video, and it's sad. There won't be very many wonderful old cars for generations to admire or fix-up. I had such an appreciation for cars, which I shared with my dad. We enjoy looking at old cars and I listen to him talk about them. I am just fascinated to hear him tell me about them. BodybyFisher
We have allowed the course of our politics, culture and country to change virtually without a fight. We allow our traditions to be attacked, like Christmas, Religion, Columbus, our Greatness/Goodness, our Intentions, our History, our Territory (southwest immigration and many Mexicans belief that its their land and there is an slow uprising building), our native language, our Flag, our education is diluted and agenda driven, our jobs leave, our secrets (Los Alamos spying, Chinese spying)..., our Constitution is under attack. What is wrong with the US? Why are we standing by and allowing this to occur? Don’t think that healthcare is the end, what about cap and trade being used to 'save' the planet from climate change < oh, global warming doesn’t fit anymore, lets use climate change.... and we can tax carbon dioxide, the chemical that plants need for photosynthesis. When does someone who, 1) has not had an affair, is NOT having an affair, has worked hard his whole life, who has actually made a PAYROLL, who is highly educated, who can communicate ideas and educate the public, who is not on the take, who is honest, who has morals, who is sincere, who is not agenda driven, who understands tradition, why the US was formed, who knows world history, understands evil and the current state of the world, who understands how technology has changed the world, who understands economics, come forward to take control of this country and make the US public understand how serious the current times are. Is this too much to ask for? When is THE BEST going to step forward? Is there such a thing? Is there something we are not seeing that is forcing the US to change behind the scenes? Did the wall fall and now we are under siege? I am at a loss; maybe I am thinking too much and have not become apathetic yet Pre-1995 - DTC codes OBD1 >> 1996 and newer - DTC codes OBD2 >> https://www.obd-codes.com/trouble_codes/gm/obd_codes.htm How to check for codes Caddyinfo How To Technical Archive >> http://www.caddyinfo.com/wordpress/cadillac-how-to-faq/ Cadillac History & Specifications Year by Year http://www.motorera.com/cadillac/index.htm
gemmichelle11
This thread should have a warning to enter at your own risk. it's so painful to watch the Cadillac, Continental and Jeep die such useless deaths. I have a co-worker whose car is 12 years old and is constantly breaking down on her. She can't afford any type of car payment. How she would be happy to have any one of those older, pretty, working cars that have been destroyed! For people like myself who appreciate cars and enjoy cars, and I've owned many different cars and pickup trucks, this is a tough realization. I was talking to my husband about how many significant events occurred 40 years ago. It was such a time of monumental changes. We are now living in an era of changes, and we are witnessing events that are affecting history. In a way, I'm glad the young man is making videos of killing the engines. It really is important. I could never have done that to my CTS for the money. I wanted so badly to try to find a way to let my co-worker have it. There are lots of good miles left in that beautiful gold CTS.
