MAG176
Just wanted to say hello. Really enjoy all the forums. Got a 2001 De ville from a family member who could no longer drive. Pretty sad when a man cant drive anymore. Anyways its graphite with gray interior. 72,000 miles, xlnt condition. Got in and started it for the first time and the low oil message came up. He said he had some oil in the garage. Penzoil straight 30. He also had a jug of green coolant in the trunk. Crap, drove the car straight to the nearest oil change place, Iffy lube, had an oil change, castrol 5-30 and drove it home. Checked all vitals, had tires rotated and balanced. I also dumped the coolant because of possible contamination. Flushed it for hours and filled with Xerox G05. I have done this with all my gm cars and trucks. No Death cool, no problems. Drove it to Napa and back, also to San Diego. Car runs perfect with no codes thrown. love the car. Gets about 23 mpg combined . Mark
