cdgrinci
Dropping the CT6 while replacing the ATS and CTS seemed short-sighted to me and took a lot of resources, when perhaps just a CT5 (instead of both) would maybe have been more pragmatic and a more economical move), and in that wake, left the CT6 and the Blackwing engine an orphan. The Escala would have probably put Cadillac back on the map (the world map) and in the long run proved worthy of pursuit. My statements are conjecture but the short-sightedness of GM has proven itself over and over; this, in my opinion, another example of this. BodybyFisher
One step up, two steps back. It's funny how Bob Lutz is still involved in the background. I think GM suffered during the 2008 - 2016 period and actual 'car guys' are gone. All you need to do it scroll down this page to see why https://www.gm.com/our-stories/sustainability.html As GM goes, so goes the country. One look at politics, politicians, someone with dementia running for potus, the media complicity and how easy it was to shut down the country with flawed models predicting 20 million deaths, when it turned out to be maybe 100,000 and Sweden's people were less cowed into obedience than the US and you understand why GM is where they are. Actual men like Bob Lutz are no longer involved. The friggen press has been hyping a spike in Arizona covid-19 cases because they want to prove the warm weather doesn't slow it when in actuality they are misleading the public. I am sick of the limp wrists running this country into the ground with their agendas. I apologize in advance if I have offended anyone. https://www.azfamily.com/news/continuing_coverage/spike-in-az-covid-19-death-numbers-may-be-misleading-health-officials-say/article_8366af78-9189-11ea-9500-2f43b84f81f7.html Quote Pre-1995 - DTC codes OBD1 >> 1996 and newer - DTC codes OBD2 >> https://www.obd-codes.com/trouble_codes/gm/obd_codes.htm How to check for codes Caddyinfo How To Technical Archive >> http://www.caddyinfo.com/wordpress/cadillac-how-to-faq/ Cadillac History & Specifications Year by Year http://www.motorera.com/cadillac/index.htm
