Now according to my key #13 i should have 750 ohms Resistance or Do i have to double my values to 1500 Ohms

If you cut the wires off the lock and used a 1500 Ohm resistor, and your car is programmed to expect 1500 Ohms, you are done.

If this were the security system you would not crank

Have you checked the connection near the coils to see if the power is connected, just for fun?

Have you confirmed spark?

Have you put a fuel pressure gage on to check the fuel pressure when the key is turned on?

Read out the OBD codes and post them here. See link in my signature block for how. You begin by using the A/C buttons <Off> and <Pass Warmer> together for several seconds until everything on the digital dash lights up, then release and watch the driver display. Get a pen and paper before you start.

As Jim noted pull the codes again.

It is good that you are getting fuel pressure and that you have spark

Check to see if your CAM sensor plug and crank sensor plugs are connected

You need to check to see if the injectors are getting power,

It is common for breakers and fuses to corrode, have you checked the IGN fuses and breakers for white or green corrosion and tested the fuses and breakers for continuity? We have had a no start condition recently be related to a corroded fuse.

This is your problem. Ill see what else I can find.

DTC P1631 Theft Deterrent Start Enable Signal NotCorrect

This test checks for mismatchedpasswords between the IPC and PCM. Whenever the IPC or PCM are replaced, atheft learn procedure must be followed in order for the new password to belearned.

Vehicle Anti-Theft system enabled.

  • Fuel disable lockout set.
  • An incorrect fuel continue password has been received.

  • The Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) will not illuminate.
  • No message will be displayed.

  • A History DTC will clear after forty consecutive warm-up cycles with no failures of any non-emission related diagnostic test.
  • A Last Test Failed (current) DTC will clear when the diagnostic runs and does not fail.
  • Use a scan tool to clear DTCs.
  • Interrupting PCM battery voltage may or may not clear DTCs. This practice is not recommended. Refer to Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes in PCM Description and Operation.

Have you disconnected the battery to remove the codes to see if it will start if the codes are deleted?

DTC B2710 PASSKey Open/Shorted Key Pellet

When an ignition key is insertedinto the ignition switch, the terminals located in the steering column lockcylinder contact the key pellet resistor on the ignition key. The IPC measuresthe resistance of the key pellet and then measures the resistance to the onestored in the IPCs memory.

The DTC will set under the followingconditions:

  • B2710 indicates that an open or zero resistance value was measured from the key pellet prior to obtaining a valid resistance measurement.
  • B2711 indicates that an open or zero resistance value was measured from the key pellet following a valid resistance measurement.

  • When DTC B2710 is set current the IPC displays the STARTING DISABLED, REMOVE IGNITION KEY message on the driver message center and prevents the vehicle from starting.
  • When DTC B2711 is set current the IPC displays the THEFT SYSTEM PROBLEM, CAR MAY NOT RESTART message on the driver message center and allows the vehicle to continue to run.

Inspect for intermittent opens, shorts, or looseconnections in CKT 1073 (WHT/BLK) or CKT 1074 (PPL/WHT).
