Well I know what I experienced and it was "death of the relationship by a thousand cuts" from horrible PMS that lasted 3 weeks a month, and that was magnified by any stress she had. The more stress the longer the PMS period. Like this... we are getting married in 4 weeks, so, of course, THAT is stressful, so its time for PMS for 4 weeks, which ended on the day after the wedding at which point her cycle came. Six years of this roller coaster destroyed any semblance of a relationship before the marriage. NOW, I find out, IT WAS MY FAULT... Ha... Gotta love the victimhood generation... Recent TYB News NAWR Panel Suggest That Women Don’t Get PMS Rochester NY, June 1, 2008:- The National Association for Women’s Rights today revealed a new study. 140 women were surveyed over six months. According to the results of a questionnaire presented to the study group, zero out of the 140 subjects experienced what are typically regarded as “PMS symptoms” over the six months of the study However, in another part of the study, 136 (97%) of the subjects reported that the men in their lives (husbands, boyfriends etc.) became “hyper-rational and controlling” for at least several days a month. The study found that this cycle in the male population applied to nearly all men, and the exhibited behavior was considered “uncompassionate” and even “crude and vulgar” by many of the subjects being studied. According to NAWR, this suggest that long standing social assumptions about women experiencing hormonal emotional swings influenced by their menstrual cycle are actually attributable to these previously undiscovered cyclical changes in the male population. The group went on to say that the current dogmas pointing to “so called PMS” as a source of irrationality in women, were propagated by a deviant, male dominated medical and scientific community as a way to keep women out of politics. You are a man...ergo...anything that is wrong with a woman...it is "OBVIOUSLY" your fault. They have nothing wrong with them that wasn't caused by a man... just ask them... they will tell you. What is wrong with this picture? EXACTLY!!!!! You know I was out driving before and thought the exact same thing. Where did this sample of masculinized women come from....? WAIT WAIT...think about this, this "SAMPLE" had FOUR MEN in it masquerading as WOMEN!!!!... HOW masculine could you get? These four MEN did not stick out from the rest of the sample? What does that say about the other 136 dykes? Is there any objectivity left in this country? Does anyone understand intellectual honesty? This would be like us doing a survey of head gasket problems on 140 Northstar engines that NEVER had their coolant changed and they have 90K miles on them. This was a sample of 140 jaded Streisand, and Clinton types. Four MEN give me a break GIVE ME A FRIGGEN BREAK!!! First let me say that some women have the normal bloating, cramping etc no daggers, screaming, humiliating statements, no cold shoulders, they feel uncomfortable and you want to help them through it.. I have NO problem with that. But serious PMS is another story.. Think about this, WE "imagine" that our mate, who we love by the way, is bitchy, nasty, curt, distant, snippy, cold among other descriptive adjectives that you have run across for 2 to sometimes 4 weeks, we do this but we because we think that THIS is less painful than sticking pins in our eyes. AND THEN get this, when its over, its time to turn the switch back on and be amorous again... I went through this thrill roller coaster ride for 15 years. It was a death of a thousand cuts. And you know what, THERE IS NEVER AN, I AM SORRY..... EVER. You know, I have apoligized to this board in the past for my behavior, think about that. BUT, I NEVER in 15 years got an I AM SORRY because in their minds IT DOES NOT EXIST, it is OUTSIDE OF THEIR CONTROL... someone please stick pins in my eyes. I believe women are in denial because they are embarised by this natural bodily function. They are po'd that MEN don't have it and they are envious of us, because we don't get it. Has any man out there noticed how, to ask the question, ARE YOU PMS is the worst thing you could say? Its worse than saying anything else. Why is that? Marika? Whats up with this response with denial and venom? Embarrised, envious, denial, pride, lack of control? Lately I have thought that women have NO CONTROL over their emotions during this time, they are totally controlled by hormones and feeling poorly. OK so you feel poorly ADMIT IT, MOVE ON and DON'T TAKE IT OUT ON THE NEAREST WARM BODY! Ok, Ok... I can't imagine myself being in a bad mood and taking it out on someone else for two to four weeks at a time. At 6'5" 230 pounds I would be bound to hurt someone. Officer I lost my mind and beat my wife because but I had PMS and she asked me if I had PMS, oh thats fine sir you were PMS... if men went through this this would be front page news. Someone needs to find out whats going on.. Where does PMS really take a woman, what is happening, why does it happen why dont they admit it, why cant they just go with the flow (no pun intended) and what shot or pill can they take to end the all around agony. Someone preferrably a feminine woman, with an open mind, with NO preconceived notions, ideas or beliefs needs to figure this out. Why do women need to act like Klingon's? No doubt the burn your bra type will lable the result flawed because she was pretty or smart.
