Jeff Wilson
I live in Canada but would like to order from GM parts direct. Would they ship it to an address in the states for me to pick-up? I am going to be travelling to Minnesota next week so having the parts shipped to an address there would be ideal for me. Do you think the order would be processed? One final question.... it is just straight ordering or do you have to join their website. Thanks in advance for the replies. JimD
For me, the folks with the #1 delivery response is http://www.gmotors.com/contact.asp Call them Tuesday (possibly Monday?) and ask when they can have the parts to you in MN. They might even be set up to ship to Canada(?). Jim Drive your car. Use your cell phone. CHOOSE ONE !
adallak
gmpartsdirect.com usually have the best price, but th edelivery takes at least two weeks. You can email them with questions, but their customer support is not great, so expect delays. The saddest thing in life is wasted talent
Ranger
I agree, gmotors or rockauto. Fast shipping and great costumer service. With gmpartsdirect you cannot talk to a live person no matter how hard you try and shipping is via rickshaw.
Regis
Jeff, Here's another discussion dealing with the issue of shipping parts to Canada. Note the last post on page one by a fellow Canadian. I think you'll find it helpful and may alleviate some hassle. http://caddyinfo.ipbhost.com/index.php?sho...p;hl=brasington "Burns" rubber " I've never considered myself to be all that conservative, but it seems the more liberal some people get the more conservative I become. BodybyFisher
The guys at gmotors by the way are great guys. They recently sent me the wrong part, I called them about it, said I would call back at some point and order the correct part, and low and behold on my doorstep appeared the correct part about a week later.
