I'll add some facts from the '98 Service Manual, page 6-14: Minimum oil pressure at normal operating temperature @ idle = 5 psi Minimum oil pressure at normal operating temperature @ 2,000 RPM = 35 psi PS. The NS has low pressure at idle about 5 psi but picks up to about 35 psi off idle.
