Spark plug wire order?

I have recently purchased a 2005 Escalade ESV platinum edition. I have just finished replacing the transmission and I had a spark plug code. So I replaced the spark plugs and I removed all the wires not paying attention to the order. 

Now that I have the new plug wires I have noticed that they all have different numbers on them which leads me to believe they go in specific spots. I searched the service manual and cannot find this anywhere in the 9000 plus pages.

I went ahead and installed them thinking maybe it may not an issue but, now I have a fault cod for a random misfire. Is there anyone that may be able to help me in finding the correct order in which they go? As well as the proper plug gap. I know they are pre gapped but I would like to be sure. Assuming you have the 6L LQ9 V8, it appears to be coil near plug, so as long as each wire reaches the appropriate coil I would be surprised if the individual wire order matters.  

Did you have a miss code to begin with (you mentioned a 'spark plug code')?  Could be the wires were the problem right along?

The code is P0300, I also forgot to mention that it also hesitates to start now as well. I am beginning to think I may need to check the plug gaps if the order doesn't specifically matter? Would you happen to know the proper gap size? 

Oh and yes the engine is the 6L V8

There should be a label under the hood maybe on the hood itself that has the plug gap.

Check for grounds that were left off, plugs that aren't connected.

So I found that all the plug gaps were off! Now I am facing a different problem all together. I have a misfire on the 7th cylinder and 2 codes for the down stream o2 sensors.

I replaced both o2 sensors. I also replaced the coil, injector and the plug and plug wires. But I am still getting the same 3 codes? I has a ruff idle that goes away when moving but comes back when I'm at a stop and progressively gets worse the longer I drive it? 

The only other thing I can see that has a potential issues is the sensor that is next to cylinder 2 by the header? I'm not sure what it is but the Male connector broke and the 2 leads that the pins in the female side are supposed to plug into have no support and I am not sure if they are actually plugged onto the pins in the connector or crossing making a connection.

Although I figured if it was it would have thrown it's own signature code? I'm at a loss and I have covered all the things I think could cause my issues.

Check the fuel pressure, you need to eliminate that as a possible source. 

You say, "but I am still getting the same 3 codes"  PLEASE post the SPECIFIC code numbers in order that we may see them here.  P300, P307?, please post all current and history codes.  

Keep in mind that we only know what we read, assuming is not advised.  

Explain in steps what you have done.

1) changed plugs, why were gaps messed up?, did you install them without checking gaps right out of the box?

2) did you change ignition wires?

3) have you confirmed spark on #7

4) Keep in mind that a misfire can be caused by fuel issues also, that is why fuel pressure needs testing.  

5) Are their lean codes?, indicating a vacuum leak.

6) have any coils been mooved or changed?

7) did you change the O2 sensors?, are the codes gone or still there?

How many miles are on this engine? 

Has fuel filter been changed?, the delay in starting could indicate a pressure problem

Put all that you have done down in order here, check fuel pressure and post specific codes.
