airmike
I have decided to have a look at my compressor for the suspension. I have the compressor completely removed except the 2 air lines. I have connector on the lines loose and the lines still have something holding them attached. Anyone taken these apart with a suggestion. I can't seem to lower the assembly enough to see what is holding them. I have looked at my repair cd and it simply states "remove the air tube from the air dryer".. rockfangd
usually they come out but if they dont, grab and carefully turn the line. Do one at a time and they should come out. It is just the rubber at the end holding. Best of luck to you GM FAN FOREVER Nice, clean, luxury= fine automobile
James Woods
When the lines are seized/frozen in place I gently try to twist them. Maybe a 1/8th turn to left and then to right. After you get up to 1/4 twist each direction the lines will normally come out. Just be gentle with fragile maybe brittle plastic lines. Good luck.
