Texas Jim
Just wanted to throw out a great big Texas sized wish, for everyone to have a wonderful Memorial Day weekend. While we are having a good time...take a minute to pause, remember and give thanks, to the military for keeping us free so that we can enjoy it. WarrenJ
Just wanted to throw out a great big Texas sized wish, for everyone to have a wonderful Memorial Day weekend. While we are having a good time...take a minute to pause, remember and give thanks, to the military for keeping us free so that we can enjoy it. It's nice to have a "fry the weiner day," (conveniently on a Monday instead of May 30th, the intended day, a Saturday this year). GIVE THANKS TO THOSE GREAT FOLK!!! We are, because they were. Grandfather (WW1) Father (WW2) Brother (Vietnam) Son (Iraq) -George Extraordinary family you have there. Glad they all returned home. Don't make a big thing of it, but every once in a while, when no one is looking, just give them a hug and a pat on the back. They'll understand. regards, Warren There is no means of avoiding the final collapse of a boom brought about by credit expansion. BodybyFisher
SIGN IN A WHITING, INDIANA STORE FRONT WINDOW Yesterday at 11:02am 'WE WOULD RATHER DO BUSINESS WITH 1,000 AL QAEDA TERRORISTS THAN WITH ONE SINGLE AMERICAN SOLDIER!' This sign was prominently displayed in the window of a business in Whiting, Indiana . You are probably outraged at the thought of such an inflammatory statement. However, we are a society which holds Freedom of Speech as perhaps our greatest liberty. And after all, it is just a sign. You may ask what kind of business would dare post such a sign. Answer: Owens Funeral Home Who said FUNERAL DIRECTORS have no sense of humor! You gotta love it! God Bless America AND God Bless OUR Soldiers!
