Other than that, can you share with us, how you like the xlr? You might also go to the XLR section of www.cadillacowners.com to see if anyone else has experienced this I love it .Originally I was buying a 500sl mercedes .I always thought of the mercedes as my dream sport car .While we were on holidays I also tried the porch carrera and then I seen this xlr and fell in love with the exotic look .I wanted to make sure that the 500 sll was the right one for me .after test driving all of them I was even more sure of the xlr although i must say the porch has an excellent ride also but I found it a little too small .when we got home our dealer called my husband (it was his birthday gift to me) and told him he had my 500 sl .He had to find the right one as it had to be black on black as that is all i would have .At that point I had to tell my husband that I had changed my mind and really had to have the xlr .I love it the ride is superior to the 500 sl at least in my opinion and it sure turns a lot of heads my friends have nick named it the Bat mobile .I have no regrets this far .I still have my 1997 sts and thats an excellent car it has giving me no problem at all .I only have 140000 kil/on that one .I guess I love my caddis lol.
