Marika
If you really want to make people safe drivers again then simply remove all the safety features from cars. No more seat belts, ABS brakes, traction control, air bags or stability control. No more anything. You'll see how quickly people will slow down and once again learn to drive like "normal" humans. Marika
Go Go Marika! And to think, I knew her back when she was doing local news photography. That's not the first one I've submitted with The Record. I had another one a few weeks ago: The photo editor didn't crop the September 12 image correctly so you really can't make out the details but you still get the idea. I've since learned that you really have to submit the image already cropped which is what I did with the October 14 image. I've also had previous images with The Record and with the local rag, The Shopper News. If you really want to make people safe drivers again then simply remove all the safety features from cars. No more seat belts, ABS brakes, traction control, air bags or stability control. No more anything. You'll see how quickly people will slow down and once again learn to drive like "normal" humans. Marika
Are you on The Record's staff or do you just send in the photos? I'm listed as a freelance photographer with The Record in their database. I'm also a member of the National Press Photographers Association.
