Ranger
There are no bolt on turbo's or superchargers for it. I know of one person who has done it. It cost him $12,000 to do it.

Cadillac Jim
If you want significant boost like 5 psi and up, you need to make engine, sensor, and PCM mods: Lower compression ratio -- the effective compression ratio is [mechanical CR]*(1 + [boost in psi]/14.7] and this should be about 10.3. MAP sensor that will provide data at boost pressures as well as manifold vacuum. A new PCM that will work over boost as well as vacuum with the spark advance and other circuits. To lower the compression ratio you need piston and/or head modifications. -- Click Here for CaddyInfo page on "How To" Read Your OBD Codes-- Click Here for my personal page to download my OBD code list as an Excel file, plus other Cadillac data -- See my CaddyInfo car blogs: 2011 CTS-V, 1997 ETC Yes, I was Jims_97_ETC before I changed cars.
