msb113
Hi again all, 91 Seville... My belt seems to be walking on me, right over the alternator pulley... replaced the tensioner pully did not fix it... had changed the idler pulley 3 months ago so took it back and they replaced it no questions asked and have a lifetime alternator so took that in and they replaced it... Now I have not yet installed the idler pulley nor the alternator due to lack of time but will do so late tomorrow... If this belt still walks what are the chances it is the tensioner arm with 119,000 miles? And what else might it be... the crankshaft looks inline, so does the steering, air conditioner and water pump pulleys... by the way at idle it is fine but if i bring the engine up it starts to walk. Any input or opinions would be just great Thanks all Mark

chazglenn3
Hey Mark; In my other post, I was asking if you can pull codes on the 1991 Eldo...since the car is basically the same as the Seville. Can it be done? Charles Charles
