There is no means of avoiding the final collapse of a boom brought about by credit expansion. The alternative is only whether the crisis should come sooner as the result of a voluntary abandonment of further credit expansion, or later as a final and total catastrophe of the currency system involved. - Ludwig von Mises

No, I take pride in parking my Land Yacht the right way. :)

The Green's Machines

1998 Deville - high mileage, keeps on going, custom cat-back exhaust

2003 Seville - stock low mileage goodness!

2004 Grand Prix GTP CompG - Smaller supercharger pulley, Ported Exhaust Manifolds, Dyno tune, etc

1998 Firebird Formula - 408 LQ9 Stroker motor swap and all sorts of go fast stuff

I liked the General Lee vid much better! A wee little bit more talent involved.

Mighty big 'jewels' he had!

I miss RWD! Which Cadillacs are RWD now?

 I didn't notice you posted that Mike. Did you see the movie yet? Pretty impressive driving in it! Expert drifting - he had to have been a pro USAC midget driver.

I assumed that was under controlled conditions. I have to admire the guy!

That was from the new 'Dukes of Hazard' movie. It was on HBO last week...I recorded it with my DVR. Check out the bloopers at the end of the movie...it's apparent they went through a few General Lees making the movie. Hey Mike, your girl is in it!

I kinda assummed that, but it's better to be safe than sorry. I'm not a movie goer.

Funny thing is, I work in a facility that does a lot of post production work. When I listen to Editors in the break room I mostly don't have a clue what they're talking about moviewise.

My younger brother is also a "buff." He has a movie collection that would bring tears to the eyes of someone who cared enough.

He can name the Producer, Director, the stars, and the caterer for just about any popular movie ever made.

He actually goes to the movies on a Friday evening and, if he likes the movie, returns again on Saturday to watch it again, this time with his wife! Sheese! I guess the wifey gets the best part of that deal, assuming she trusts the hubby's judgement.

Me, I don't care to see a movie again unless it's been at least eight or more years since the last viewing.

Warren

DOH! I missed that.

See? Speed reading CAN be dangerous.

Fortunate for us cadillac has a few now.

The Esclade, SRX, STS (those three available in AWD), the CTS, XLR, and V-Series....so basically the only non-RWD is the DTS which is based on the nearly gone Seville/Deville platform of the late 90's early 00's.
