rockfangd
Hi All. I run into this issue with both of my 97s. When I leave in the morning around this time of year it is not dark but not quite light out yet. My twilight sensor thinks it is daylight and the lights stay out. I pull the headlight switch to turn them on manually. The parking lights and headlights come on but the dash lights and domelamps will not work unless I put something over the twilight sensor on the dash. It seems to me that when you manually turn the lights on it should turn the dash lights on as well. This is more noticed on my Seville as it has needles. The dash is pretty dark during this time. It is not as bad on the Deville as the dash is digital. I am not sure if there is a setting or if it is just the way these are. Thanks all Quote GM FAN FOREVER Nice, clean, luxury= fine automobile
BodybyFisher
I found that the sensors drift, you might try different sensors, measure them with an ohm meter.
