Scotty
Saw this Deville at the junk yard the other day. It looked like an electrical fire but its hard to tell, maybe fuel rail The engine was pulled so I doubt it was fuel related.

Dadillac
That had to be a very small fire. I have witnessed many car fires, and there is usually nothing left of the car after one. Either that, or the car caught fire, directly aside a fire truck. Don "Modern warriors saddle iron horses of chrome."
kobalt
is that a strut tower brace?
Scotty
is that a strut tower brace? Yes, my Deville has one also, doesn't your Seville? I think it should, but maybe it did not come with one....hmmm
kobalt
I don't have an STB on mine - perhaps the g-body Sevelles do not have one? I'll have to check when I get home... The owner must not have been very happy about the fire BTW. What a waste. I hope the car was insured.

yenko
I seen something similar to that at a local junkyard here. I think it was a 92 Eldorado. That is a shame...... IMPORT CRUSHER
JasonA
Yes, I think they dropped the strut tower brace on the G-chassis cars ('98+ Sevilles, '00+ Devilles). Every modern K-chassis car ('92-'02 Eldorado, '92-'97 Seville, '94-'99 Deville) I've seen has the strut tower brace.
