Hawk196
Hi All,I am helping a friend restore a 2000 Eldorado. The rear subframe has some rot so we picked up one from a junk yard. One part we can't find to move forward with the project is the rear subframe bushing/insulator. It's rectangular in shape. It is part # 23 in the picture belowDoes anyone know where I can get one?TIA

rockfangd
I have been there before. It is getting to be impossible to find parts for my 1997s, and worse is that Aftermarket companies did not make many parts for these. So once they are discontinued it is nearly impossible. I have done these in all of my Cadillacs of this era. I got mine from GMPartsdirect.com. I am not sure if they still have them but I will gladly look into it. You will need the upper and lower portion. They literally rot apart. I doubt you will find used unless you can find a nice southern one. If I can find anything I will surely post. Below is the picture of what it is supposed to look like If you do a search on this forum for rear insulator bushings Welcome to CaddyInfo Quote GM FAN FOREVER Nice, clean, luxury= fine automobile
