Logan
I used to get free access thru GM....not any more. Have ESI on my hard drive. But it covers only up to 2010. We now own a 2012 Equinox....having some navigation system problems ...I have not replaced the radio yet....no service manual here. Anyway....been trying the online GM manual thru ACDelco. $20 for unlimited access for 3 days. Longer subscriptions available. Just having the up to date technical service bulletins is worth the cost alone. http://www.acdelcotechconnect.com/shop-program/psc-program/gm-service-information/ Same information system the dealers use. I have several things to check before condemning the radio.
