BodybyFisher
Check for DTC diagnostic that may be stored in your on board diagnotic system. You can extract the codes through the dash. See how at this link www.caddyinfo.com/readingcodes.html Post the codes that come up here for us to look over. Use your smart phone and video tape them so you can replay them slowly and post them here. When you get a second, check if air is being delivered to the wrong location like defroster or floor. BodybyFisher
Check for codes as I advised above and post them here. Cadillac Jim
This probably is due to an actuator, but it could be the controller or other problem. If you run the on-board diagnostics (OBD) and get the trouble codes, they will almost certainly tell us what the problem is. BodyByFisher and the rest of us are anxious to help you but diagnosis of a 14-year-old car from a short text message is a bit chancey, but your car's computers keep track of hundreds of items continuously, and will store trouble codes to assist in diagnosis. Even the dealer cannot reasonably maintain your car without the help of the on-board diagnostics. Please run the codes and post them here.
