Logan
There is a way on the 2002....using a GM Tech 2....to remove the electronic ride option. The computer(s) will think the car has no electronic suspension. The 2000-2004 base Deville just had standard struts. James Woods
I installed standard struts and adore shocks on my dts. I just used radio shack resistors. I cut the wires at the strut and separated the 2 weeks inside the insulation. I soldered the resistors from 1 wire to the other. Some people have unplugged the connector up under the engine compartment and just stick the resistors into the plug, but I prefer knowing the soldered connection will not ever come loose. The resistor is a 4.7k ohm 1/4 watt
