I may be mistaken but I think I saw a small alternator behind the oil pump (?) on an auxiliary shaft to the left of the engine.

Since the car was designed and built with no electrical system other than the Delco magneto (the headlights were gas), then if the is indeed an alternator, there will be an added battery somewhere, and perhaps taillights and other electrical devices.

But, it has a 1910 Cadillac engine, not a Ford 302 V8.
