Bruce Nunnally
The Cadillac Escalade continued the trend of high sales with double-digit improvement over last year. The ELR made a rare 127 deliveries, with an over 115% improvement from February of last year. Everything else continued to be stuck in low gear — even the SRX, due for an upgrade soon. BMW meanwhile was up 14+%, setting a February sales record led by 8.7K 3/4 Series — where ATS sales should be — and 3.5K 5-series sales — where CTS should be. Mercedes similarly posted their highest February sales ever, at 23.6K vehicles sold led by 7K C-class sales. Eldoradoman2001
Those sales numbers on the ELR are not impressing me at all. More importantly they are not impressing GM. General Motors says there won't be a 2015 ELR . They plan on improvements for a new 2016 ELR . If they are smart there won't be a 2016 IMO !! Bruce Nunnally
I think the other issue is there are plenty of 2014 ELR's at Dealers to fill all the 2015 demand. winterset
My last trip to the dealer in Feb here in NJ, there were almost all 2014's ATS, CTS, ELR on the showroom floor.
Eldoradoman2001
With all those 2014 model Caddys there are a lot of good deals to be had the longer you wait. Good for consumers, not so good for the GM bottom line!
