Göran W
No. I think You may have a bad tempsensor #3 (B0429). This may cause the missing and the solenoid to fail (P1860). The P0463 refers to gas sensor but since it is History I would not take that to serious.....
LINDAL
Where is it located? I will be searching archives for this too.
KHE
The TCC apply solenoid is behind the side cover of the transmission. A resistance test at the transmission harness connector can diagnose the solenoid. The solenoid can be replaced with the transmission in the car - there is a youtube video showing the repair. LINDAL
Took this car to transmission shop and they want to take the transmission out to work on it. Over $1000 to start the repair. I haven't decided what to do yet and now it is losing power like an alternator problem. Taking back to shop. will driving it with the trans messing up hurt anything else? Transmission shop didn't really want to fix trans and then have it mess up again later. Of course, they want to put a different trans in. sigh...
