Cadillac Jim Posted December 14, 2014 Report Share Posted December 14, 2014 The engine fan "regulator" is part of the PCM. The ECT sensor is part of the workings of running the fans. The three relays below the fans control off, low, and high speeds. There are fuses and such to check.
