Bruce Nunnally Posted June 18, 2014 Report Share Posted June 18, 2014 Cadillac U.S. sales chief Bill Peffer is out after less than 10 months, the brand's third head of sales to leave in two years as the executive turnover continues inside General Motors' sales organization. Peffer left GM on Tuesday "to pursue other interests," spokesman David Caldwell confirmed in an e-mail. Kurt McNeil, GM's head of U.S. sales operations, will serve as Cadillac's interim vice president of U.S. sales and service, Caldwell said.
