Bruce Nunnally
http://www.RoadTestTV.com 1/4 mile drag race between a 1965 Corvette powered by the L79 327 cubic inch small block which makes 350 horsepower and a 1970 Camaro Z28 powered by the high winding solid lifter LT1 350 small which makes 360 horsepower. Again, I yearn to hear the exact condition and modifications on each of these. cdgrinci
Now that was a good race; seems on any run, one or the other, could win. I thought I remembered that doing burnout, on street tires, actually lost some traction during a drag race; notice both videos that extensive, smokey burnouts were performed; rubber, a terrible thing to waste.
