adallak
This is a RWD Fleetwood. Intermittent ABS code 33 eventually made me take one of the drums off. Sure, the wheel speed sensor was covered with thick layer of gunk. Cleaned it up. Also noticed that the upper corner of the primary shoe was worn excessively. The adjuster appeared to be frozen. I hate these drum brakes...Is anti seize lube good for the adjuster after I clean it up? Thanks. KHE
Anti-sieze would work fine as it is a high temperature grease. I'd use it very sparingly since you don't want it to be a bagnet for brake dust. adallak
Thanks, KHE. I am afraid brake dust will make the adjuster inoperable no matter what lube you apply, but will apply anti-seize anyway.
