gsuploader
I saw mention of this tubing in other threads but found no up to date information. Has anyone found a vendor for the two 3 inch pieces of silicone tubing for the crossover on a 97 Deville Concours? I was having a great day dismantling my crossover in order to replace vary bad seals and an expansion plug when I tore on of the tubes. I assume both are marginal and need replacement. As an side is there any easy way to get around the thick wiring harness that is blocking the bolt holes. It was a royal pain to get the bolts out but re-installation will be near impossible without damaging the new seals.
BodybyFisher
I replaced mine, the dealer had them try gmotors.com But honestly, they DID NOT need replacing, they were fine, they wear incredible, and they are expensive, $17 each if I recall, no need to replace them, replace the clamps Pre-1995 - DTC codes OBD1 >> 1996 and newer - DTC codes OBD2 >> https://www.obd-codes.com/trouble_codes/gm/obd_codes.htm How to check for codes Caddyinfo How To Technical Archive >> http://www.caddyinfo.com/wordpress/cadillac-how-to-faq/ Cadillac History & Specifications Year by Year http://www.motorera.com/cadillac/index.htm
