My battery died as well. put another battery in and its fine. next day it starts to shake again and the battery died. Can someone give me a clue? Was the replacement battery new? cdgrinci Posted July 22, 2011 Report Share Posted July 22, 2011 I would measure the voltage, at the battery terminals, when the engine is running (should be in the 14 to 15 volt range). If you are just reading battery (static) voltage then it sounds as the alternator is not functioning.
