Ben
What do you want advice about? Why they got that way or how to fix them? Either way see the FAQ section of the site and there is a long article about it.
don280z
My 92 Seville had that problem. I had to remove the tail lights and drill small drain holes in the bottom them. It fixed 90% of the problem. I actually read about this on another Cadillac Site but it was a few years ago and I don't recalll where....

Marika
Drilling small holes in the bottom of the lights will solve the problem nearly 100% of the time. If you really want to make people safe drivers again then simply remove all the safety features from cars. No more seat belts, ABS brakes, traction control, air bags or stability control. No more anything. You'll see how quickly people will slow down and once again learn to drive like "normal" humans.
Marika
Also forgot to mention, if your tail lights are fogging up, check your trunk under the well where the spare tire is stored. You also might find water there. Trunk leaking in the Sevilles is also a known issue. If you really want to make people safe drivers again then simply remove all the safety features from cars.
