2010 SRX Turbo recalled for Premium Fuel

* GM is recalling 547 2010 Cadillac SRX vehicles equipped with the turbocharged 2.8-liter V6 engine.

* Engine failure could occur if the owner uses regular fuel instead of premium fuel and drives the car aggressively.

* The recall is expected to begin on June 11.

Ouch. So they're adding "premium fuel only" stickers to these cars?

Some people who thought they were going to be able to run regular aren't going to be happy. I assume GM is providing no compensation.

Number of potential units affected in the recall is pretty high. Do you agree with my comment?

No... I do not agree.

The number is only 547 cars.

That is not a big number at all.
