MAC
The car jack bolt remover in the trunk has a small flattened surface on the end to use to remove caps by slipping it in between the cap and rim. Otherwise, just use a small regular screwdriver but be careful because you can gash/scratch the chrome or painted rims. If you can find something plastic to use that would help elevate the possibility of damaging the rims.

If you are talking about the round disk, if you look closely you might see a slot, but if not, just shove a thin blade screwdriver in there and pry it out. kcd1184
There are slots where a thin blade screw driver will go in and you can pop the center cap out. I have taken my wheels off a hundred times and it is not a big deal. Kent
Poobah
I used a small flexible bladed putty knife to get mine started. Once I opened up the crack a bit, I'd pop 'em off with a standard screwdriver. Happiness is owning a Cadillac with no codes.
