Lower rear door. See picture. Door split sheet metal. With sticker..... I worked at the Olds plant in Lansing for a couple of weeks driving cars off the end of the assembly line in 1969. Most all of the cars had inspection stickers on the w/s directing the driver where to take them for repairs before leaving the plant.
