Caddyman
I replaced the solenoids with the kit from ACdelco, I was gettin a PO 94,and no fourth gear. After putting everything back together, I have a PO 29 and only 2nd gear! I will take it apart again tomorrow, but any clue as to what it may be? thanks. acklac7
I'm willing to bet it's one of two things: A. You forgot to install the "L" bracket that came with the solenoid update kit (it bolts into the valve body and keeps the solenoid filter in place) (been there...done that...symptoms were similar to yours) -or- B. A check ball is not seated properly. Good luck!...Let us know what you find. A.J. A.J.
