I have a 2004 DTS rhat one of the running lights are out, when I pulled up daytime bulbs for the car it shows a 9005 bulb. I had already purchased new low and high beam bulbs. The low beam bulbs are also a 9005 Are rhere rhree bulbs in there low high, hight and daytime?  or do the daytimerun off the low or hight beams?  I tried looking from the outside and could not tell. ( the lens are cloudy) I also hbought a 3m lens refinishing kit to take care of that issue.

Sorry no one got back to you sooner, this is from the 2004 Deville owners manual page 5-58, I hope this helps, it looks like there are two bulbs.  I believe the low beam is used for the DRL.

However based on this, your high beam is 9006.   @Holmsey
