mark2052
Just picked up a '97 Seville SLS with the moonroof. What is the 'ASC' button for (below the 'open and vent' buttons for the moonroof)? The manual shows controls for the astroroof and they don't even look the same. Found no mention of it elsewhere in the manual.

WarrenJ
American Sunroof Company ??? Regards, Warren http://www.nationmaster.com/encyclopedia/A...Sunroof-Company There is no means of avoiding the final collapse of a boom brought about by credit expansion. The alternative is only whether the crisis should come sooner as the result of a voluntary abandonment of further credit expansion, or later as a final and total catastrophe of the currency system involved. - Ludwig von Mises

chuckgann
The ASC button, when pushed (mine turns red), disables the auto-close feature when the car is shut off. In other words with the ASC button engaged, the roof will remain open after the car is shut off, otherwise it closes automatically.
