Barry94
A few years ago (Canadian Dollars) they were about $ 500.00. If you have some electrical/electronic experience I have developed a circuit that will bypass the position sensor. Parts from Radio Shack, about $5.00 Barry 2008 STS V82016 Colorado Z711970 Corvette LT-1 Coupe

Oldgamer
If you got a code 061 it doesn't mean that the sensor is bad yet. In most cases it's a bad/corroded connections. The best think to do to buy Helm Inc. factory service manual (now it's on sale only for $30 for 1994 year cars or older) and check trouble tree. Barry94
These sensors going bad will cause the ride to be more ruff right? If any sensor in the suspension goes out of spec., the struts default to the "firm" setting. 2008 STS V82016 Colorado Z711970 Corvette LT-1 Coupe
sprucegoose
I got an s061 code for the ride sensor, any know how much they go for? If you do find out that you sensor is bad, (and it is the left front) maybe I can help you out. I got a used one on Ebay last year (from a 93 Eldorado) and don't need it. Not sure if they are interchangeable between our years for sure... I'd let it go for what I paid for it + shipping. Here is the Ebay link to that auction i won... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...item=7926545545 '09 Cadillac CTS-4 3.6 direct injection, 128 K mi. eld0etc
I actually had it fixed before I read this post, my friend did it for me and I only threw him 30 bucks so it was probably nothing major...but thanks for the offer.
