99EldoETC
@ Bruce Nunnally: Hi, I'm curious as to what are some of your concerns about owning/operating a (Cadillac) stretch limousine? Or a stretch automobile in general?
Bruce Nunnally
Stretch limo's in general -- difficulty parking, worse mpg, much worse vehicle dynamics. Certainly if I were in the market for a stretch limo it would be Cadillac based. 99EldoETC
Ah. Okay, so its mostly a matter of perhaps aesthetics and fuel economy rather than for mechanical reasons?
Bruce Nunnally
General Motors Co.’s new Cadillac CT6 will have a plug-in electric option that offers “industry-leading fuel economy upwards of 70 mpg equivalent,” plus tons of new technology, GM’s top product chief said Wednesday.... He said the new CT6, which is expected to compete with the Mercedes-Benz S-Class and BMW 7 Series, will have stop-start technology and offer a 3-liter twin turbo engine combined with an eight-seed transmission to offer the most “powerful six-cylinder gas engine in the segment.” The new CT6 is 53 pounds lighter than the CTS on the road today, but is eight inches longer, Reuss said. http://www.detroitnews.com/story/business/autos/general-motors/2014/10/01/new-cadillac-ct-plug-electric-option/16566555/ Quote Bruce 2016 Cadillac ATS-V gray/black Follow me on: Twitter Instagram Youtube
