Grade 8 Alloy Steel Hex Flange Cap Screw, 3/8"-16 Thread, 1-1/2" Length, Fully Threaded, Packs of 25 1 Pack 1 0 7.48 Per Pack 7.48 Merchandise 7.48 Shipping 4.95 Total $12.43 That makes about $0.50 per bolt shipped to my door next day from NJ. They have black finish. Because the bolts are all fully threaded, I will just cut off a few of them to make 1'' long ones. Now, if I only could get somewhere two missing spacers...
