adallak
Welcome to the forum. Your heater core is leaking. Buy all metal aftermarket one for about $30. Not a fun job though. You can also bypass the heater core by rerouting heater hoses under the hood. As for the starter, it is in the lower front part of the engine. You do not need to take off exhaust manifold to replace a starter. There is a trick to get it out. Who's doing the job? navion
If your DeVille has a Northstar engine, the starter is located under the intake manifold. As for your coolant loss & window fogging, I would suspect that your heater core has sprung a leak. Good Luck, Britt Britt
