jinxed45 Posted October 16, 2004 Report Share Posted October 16, 2004 I have a 97 Eldo with a fat dent that just got fixed on it. But the TRUNK OPEN Message comes on now. The guy fixed the lock for me because it wasn't opening and closing correctly before. Is there anyway to make this thing never turn on? Thanks. adallak Posted October 16, 2004 Report Share Posted October 16, 2004 check out the wirin near the lock. sounds like the switch was disconnected intentionally or unintentionally by damaging the related wiring.
