nay1 Posted March 7, 2011 Report Share Posted March 7, 2011 my moms 98 deville. will not start. replaced ignition cylinder and checked chip resistance 3 times it is good . then replaced PCM. no help at all (and yes it has been flashed). dash still reading (antitheft system problem car may not restart)this is quite a pain in the arse. car is turning over but not firing. does anyone know if this could be the BCM or anything else for that matter.
