It puts out about 200 HP, no way to get 300 HP, buy a 93 Seville with a Northstar, bam 270 HP

The STS will give you 300.

None, the Northstar is far superior to the 4.9, and there are not a lot of ways to tweak the 4.9 other than the exhaust. How about a Fleetwood with the tweakable 260 HP 5.7L

Naw a Fleetwood is too big for my style! Yeah the Northstar is a badass engine. I had fun with a Northstar in my bonneville gxp, but I sold it because they don't make any mods other than exhaust! I wanted to try to mod the 4.9 since I have much more play money to do what I want with it.
