1998 sts

did major flush+new coolant, new radiator and new thermostat,

but the temperature still too high,,any one know why??

We need a lot more information than that, explain in detail what you mean by TOO HIGH

Check your purge line to make sure its clear, check the water pump belt and tensioner, check the cooling fan operation and explain too high

I second BBF's suggestion to check the purge line, especially if all was fine prior to the flush. Some debris could have clogged the line which means the cooling system can't purge trapped air. I've had the same problem in the past and I sucked out the debris with a Mityvac.
