It's a "Frontline" documentary. 54 minutes long. If you really want to make people safe drivers again then simply remove all the safety features from cars. No more seat belts, ABS brakes, traction control, air bags or stability control. No more anything. You'll see how quickly people will slow down and once again learn to drive like "normal" humans. For example, the rate on an outstanding loan should not be able to be changed unilaterially by the credit card company. The best way to deal with credit card companies in general is not to -- debit cards can be used instead where it is not convenient to use cash.
